Breakfast and Afterschool Wrap Around Care
We would like to inform you that from the summer term our breakfast club and after school club will be run internally by us. We will no longer be using Skiltek for these activities. This change will allow us to provide a more consistent and tailored experience for your children.
Registration – Required for All Children
Before booking any sessions, parents must complete a registration form for each child. This provides us with essential information such as emergency contacts and medical needs. A copy of the form is attached; if you would prefer a paper copy sent home with your child, please contact the school office.
If you are likely to use the clubs occasionally, we still advise completing a form in advance to avoid last‑minute delays.
Times and availability
Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club will run Monday to Friday, 7.45am – 8.45am (term time only).
The cost is £5 per session.
After School Club
After School Club will run Monday to Friday, 3.20pm – 5.30pm (term time only).
The cost is £8 per session.
What to Expect
Breakfast Club
Children can enjoy a range of activities including colouring, games, Lego, reading and outdoor play (weather permitting).
Breakfast is served between 7.55am and 8.15am, with a choice of:
- cereals
- yoghurts
- fresh fruit
- toasted items
- juice, milk or water
After School Club
Children will go straight from class to the club. Activities include:
- arts and crafts
- games
- construction toys
- outdoor play
- a quiet area for home learning (laptops available)
A light snack is provided (e.g. cheese and crackers, bagels, toast, yoghurt, fruit, milk, water or juice).
Spaces and Availability
At the moment both breakfast and after school club will have a maximum amount of 15 spaces available. Both clubs are available to all children from Reception to Year 6.
How to book:
Bookings and payments will be made via Arbor.
Payments can be made by topping up your Arbor account in advance, allowing for a convenient and secure way to manage your child's club fees. This system enables you to monitor your balance, make payments at any time, and ensures that your child’s place is secured once payment is received.
To book a session, parents must:
- Complete a registration form
- Top up their Arbor account in advance
- Book the required sessions online
Bookings can be made in advance or up to 1pm on the day, provided spaces are available. Children who are not booked into the club in advance will not be able to attend the club.
