Early Morning Club
Our Early Morning Club is available to children Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week and sessions start from 8am. This will be an additional opportunity for children to complete homework, read, play educational games and do some arts and crafts activities.
The charge for Early Morning club is £2.50 per session.
Details for the Early Morning Club are:
· The club is for any children from Reception up to Year 6.
· It will run every Monday to Thursday morning from 8am until school begins.
· Children can arrive any time between 8am and 8:30am.
· To support the running of this club we will charging £2.50 per child, per session.
· Booking and payment will need to made in advance of your child attending.
· If you wish to use this provision, you do not need to book your child in every day, only on the days that are convenient for your family.
· This is not a breakfast club, so food will not be provided and must not be brought in to school to consume during the club. You must ensure your child has had breakfast before they attend.
Booking and payment information
A booking form will be sent out via school ping each Term. There are limited spaces available each day. By completing the booking form, you are committing to your child attending on your chosen days.
Payment will be need to made on a monthly basis and will still be payable if your child does not attend any days that have been booked, unless these have been cancelled in writing or via email at least 24 hours in advance.
We will not accept any last-minute bookings over the phone. If you have not completed the booking form and you would like your child to attend this club, you will need to email the school office at least 48 hours prior to the day(s) the provision is requested. If space is available you will be advised, and payment must be made via parent pay before your child attends.
Once we have received the booking requests, you will be given an invoice which will confirm your child has been allocated a space and on what days. We will also provide the information on how to pay. Invoices must be paid by 8th of each month.
