Parent Voice
At St Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Primary, we value Parent Voice as a vital way for families to help shape school life. We listen carefully to what matters most to parents of primary-age children, and we make sure feedback is considered alongside teaching priorities and safeguarding responsibilities. Recently, governors spoke to parents to hear views directly and to strengthen partnership between home and school.
Parent Voice supports clear communication, respectful dialogue, and practical improvements that benefit children every day. If you have ideas, concerns, or suggestions, we encourage you to share them through the appropriate channels so they can be reviewed and responded to. By working together, parents and staff can build a shared understanding of what helps pupils thrive—academically, spiritually, and socially—across the school community.
